This November, we’re thrilled to host our third market and very first 2-day event—a special Holiday Fair filled with festive vintage treasures, holiday décor, and unique finds from over 25 vendors. Join us for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience—and bring a friend to share in the magic of vintage.

At the Vintage Revival Market, we’re curating a mix of unique and eclectic sellers to keep each market fresh and exciting. For our Holiday Fair, we’re especially interested in:

  • Vintage Holiday Décor – ornaments, tinsel, blow molds, lights, and nostalgic seasonal decorations.

  • Collectible & Giftable Finds – antiques, jewelry, art, records, books, toys, and one-of-a-kind treasures perfect for gifting.

  • Winter & Festive Vintage – clothing, accessories, home goods, and cozy décor to celebrate the season in style.

Whether your specialty leans festive, timeless, or delightfully unexpected, we’re building a marketplace that celebrates the nostalgic, the unique, and the extraordinary.

Vendor Load-In: Friday, November 14 3:00 PM-7:00 PM and Saturday, November 15 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (must be fully set up by 11:00 AM)

Vendor Load-Out: Sunday, November 16 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Tables 72"x30"

Each rental includes a 72"x30" table and one chair. You will have access to the tabletop as well as the space directly underneath the table for your products, storage, or displays. Tables will be placed side by side in rows, so please be mindful that you will have neighbors on either side when setting up.

  • Electrical: No electrical access is available for table spaces.

  • Display Restrictions: Please keep displays within the footprint of your table and avoid blocking aisles or neighboring spaces. Freestanding racks or signage behind/next to your table may not be allowed unless pre-approved.

6’x6’ gridwall/shared electrical

Each 6’x6’ booth space comes with a gridwall panel along the back wall.

  • Electrical: Shared electrical access is available; please bring your own extension cords and power strips. Usage is limited to low-wattage devices (no high-amp appliances or space heaters).

  • Display Restrictions: All products, displays, and signage must remain within your 6’x6’ footprint and cannot extend into aisles or neighboring spaces. Tall or freestanding displays must be secure and stable.

10’x10’ gridwall/electrical

Each 10’x10’ booth space includes a gridwall panel should you need it. This is a full booth footprint designed to give you flexibility in creating a branded shopping experience.

  • Electrical: Electrical access is provided within your booth. Please bring your own extension cords, surge protectors, and power strips. Power is intended for lighting and small devices only—no high-amp appliances or space heaters are permitted.

  • Display Restrictions: All displays, signage, and product must remain within your 10’x10’ footprint. Do not block aisles or encroach on neighboring spaces. Freestanding structures and tall displays must be secure and stable.

10’x10’ no gridwall/no electrical

Each 10’x10’ booth space gives you a full open footprint to design your own setup. This space works well for larger displays, racks, shelving, or multiple tables, and gives you flexibility to create a branded environment that suits your products.

  • Electrical: No electrical access is provided for this space. Please plan accordingly if your display requires lighting or power.

  • Gridwall/Fixtures: Gridwall is not included. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, racks, shelving, and display fixtures.

10’x10’ gridwall/no electrical

Each 10’x10’ booth space includes a gridwall panel. This is a full booth footprint designed to provide flexibility for a professional, branded setup.

  • Electrical: No electrical access is available for this booth. Please plan accordingly if your display requires lighting or power.

  • Display Restrictions: All displays, signage, and products must stay fully within your 10’x10’ footprint and cannot extend into aisles or neighboring spaces. Freestanding displays and tall structures must be stable and secure.

10’x12’ gridwall/electrical

Each 10’x12’ booth space includes a gridwall panel. This oversized booth gives vendors more flexibility for creating an engaging, branded shopping experience.

  • Electrical: Electrical access is included in your booth. Please bring your own extension cords, surge protectors, and power strips. Power is intended for lighting and small devices only—high-amp appliances or space heaters are not permitted.

  • Display Restrictions: All products, signage, and displays must remain inside your 10’x12’ footprint and may not extend into aisles or neighboring booths. Large freestanding displays and tall structures must be stable and secure.

  • Note: This space has a 5 ft. opening and is in a corner.

12’x6’ gridwall/electrical

This booth includes the standard setup of [insert booth size: 6’x12’ with gridwall panels outlining your space and an overhead pole within the footprint. The pole may be structural, so it cannot be removed or relocated. Vendors should plan their booth design to incorporate or work around it.

  • Electrical: Electrical access is provided in this space. Please bring your own extension cords and surge protectors.

  • Pole Placement: The booth contains one fixed pole. While it slightly interrupts the open floor space, it can also be used creatively for signage, décor, or display elements.

  • Display Restrictions: All displays, products, and signage must remain within your booth footprint. Freestanding fixtures must be secure and stable. The pole must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times.
